Let me qualify: First of all, you would need to call the local affiliate of the federal government agency (HUD) that handles the Housing Choice Voucher Program in your area, then your property needs to be inspected and approved in order for your property to even qualify.

One would be, as suggested above, to find a Property Manager (not affiliated with the company that put you in this deal) to rent the property for you. 

So you either want to find a licensed agent who will run comps for you (easy once you have an established and profitable relationship; I expect rather difficult if you are starting from zero) or obtain a  license and find a broker to affiliate with on a part-time basis.In my state, completing the agent class takes a few weeks and about $350-$500.

But, I think you just need to be affiliated with a broker, then you could do PM on your own.
