"Something better" can be a gray area.

This leads to a gray area where it is the landlords word against the tenant.The are only a couple of the provisions of this blatantly one sided anti landlord bill

@Drew DenhamWe used Repose Gray by Sherwin Williams and love it. 

If it is for a two unit building or less (International Residential Code), the code is a little gray on whether you need a permit to do cosmetic work such as replace cabinets.

@Jana Cain What is frustrating is that on the accountant screen the "Invite" link is grayed out - so I can't invite anyone else and it will not let me delete her company/access even though she is not the master admin.Complete bull - I'll be battling it again today.
