I think the part I still fail to comprehend is why it is difficult to be both a dealer (professional) for one business and not a dealer (passive investor) for the other business.

As we all know, these constantly change.CPM is a residential designation and CCIM is a commercial designation both affiliated with the National Assn of Realtors.

Saw this guy at a REI the other night and won his book, short read but I found it very interesting,his name is Robert Campbell and the book is called "timming the realestate market",I'm in no way affiliated with him just found it interesting, he doesn't sell it in book stores,just goggle him.Clyde
