Is the home movable (ask me about Yanking the Land/Severed Improvements)?

I've never grown a beard before so this should be interesting. lol

BP has been a great resource for me already and I hope to grown with the community and maybe one day give back as so many of you already have.

If you help someone else succeed then you have just grown your network.

I know that Anchorage has grown a fair bit in the years but honestly, I just am not sure if I want to move to Alaska full time.  

Having grown up in Charlotte, I am very familiar with the city and all of the different areas.  

So while I know other states may have great cashflow, they tend to not have the decade-over-decade appreciation that I've grown up around and makes me feel safe and warm at night.My hope is that there are outlying areas (perhaps like the ones I mentioned) that might be a nice compromise between cashflow and long-term appreciation.

In this tropical mountain area, coffee is grown all over the place.

And recently I've grown all the more interested in doing this.

This source of capital has grown significantly over the past 5 - 7 years due to a combination of improvements in technology, changes or easing of regulations, and a real estate cycle upswing that has outlived the norm.
