You don't want to look back at your business 10 years down the road and lament about all the deals you let slip through your fingers because you only wanted that wholesale fee.

The listing agreement was sent out yesterday and the seller is reviewing... fingers crossed. 1 I made an offer on, but we couldn't agree on price.

Now I have an empty house in December and have to cross my fingers and hope a non loser calls me to rent it at that time of year.With a lease, if the tenant moves early, I can at least keep the security deposit AND go after them for more if I so choose.

I'm crossing my fingers and will know in about a week if the underwriters have an issue with this.

As proper secretarial typing is a necessary skill and to this day I still basically use only six fingers I really didn't qualify.
