We run a tight ship and are a profitable company with no need to raise our prices to pay back loans, appease investors, VCs, or stockholders (as we have no outside influence affecting our pricing decisions).  

Mobile Home Parks are a great source of income, but they have a lot of unique characteristics that influence the value of them.  

The key is you being able to influence the appraiser and have him come in at the lower end of the scale.

Dang on a side not it looks like I have no influence.

Just throwing out a thinking point that influenced my choices.

To be direct, yes that would totally influence my decision seeing as it's about a 20% difference in both my payment and monthly cash flow.
