Not its only 2.Bathroom- New toilet and Shower has been painted.Floors- Hardwood refinished, and kitchen lamnit replaced.Kitchen/Washroom- All cabinets replaced and handles painted.

I'm preparing to tackle about 800 sq/ft of hardwood refinishing on a place I'll be closing on at the end of the month.

It is located on the second floor and damaged the hardwood floors throughout, drywall, and probably  baseboards.  

So far, if I could I would go with hard woods if they exist.

I can't remember exactly what we spent since it was a lot of sweat equity but we painted the interior, exterior, replaced counters, vanities, carpet, resurface hardwood floors, re sod the backyard, landscaped, new roof (got the insurance to pay for it) and custom closet.  

The property has vinyl flooring that is a few years old vinyl in the appearance of hard wood and vinyl in the appearance of tile in the bathrooms.My question is can vinyl flooring be refinished if its in decent shape?

He left the house in total mess with repainting needed and carpets too dirty to clean so I am installing bamboo hardwood.

Does anyone know the best type of paint to use to paint hardwood flooring?

For example, let's say I went in and they had significantly damaged hardwood floors, and had scratched all the walls?
