Im in NJ so the codes might be a lot different but most states I've worked in are fundamentally similar. 

I fundamentally disagree with the premise of this forum post.

The key is doing your homework, avoiding what the masses are doing, and and use fundamental analysis to evaluate the market conditions.

Market fundamentals are a bit off in that market -eg, inventory is creeping up, particularly on the condo side and prices are deemed to be overvalued.

The wacky guidelines of 2000 I dont want to see, there were no foundations for them and they got us into this mess.I like the fact that you mentioned the dotcoms, which was another sector that had no fundamentals and many ealy signs that people ignored.
