It's a working-class area and I would encourage you to visit the city, drive around to see the neighborhoods and do a deep dive into the demographics so you get an idea of how the city is.

Things like pictures, descriptions, market information of the surrounding area, stuff like demographics and such.

Sylvan Hills in 30310 has some really nice homes and slowly changing demographics.
