They haven't done good analysis of the ROI basically and have put too much faith in the mere idea of being cash flow positive.

We must have desire to want to get out backed by faith.

It is a piece of paper only backed by the good faith of our government.

There was a period of time when my wife and I were young, had a child, not finished our education, and worked awful jobs just to be broke, so I have a faith in our ability to identify the right type of individuals, (those who are trying)   I also though about the possibility of foregoing the multiple houses and instead buying 1 house in old louisville near U of L with 3-4 units and targeting students.

I love the struggles, sacrifice, determination, and faith (both in themselves and in God.

God bless those investors who put that kind of faith in a person with zero track record and most likely has less real estate investing experience than them.
