I would take a close look at the figures and make sure they include all the expenses, MC cut, taxes etc.I am a little skeptical (but that is just me) as over the years I have met so few owners who make any profit on rentals on their home in Kissimmee.Although older WP has always been a popular resort, close to Disney so you probably won't go too far wrong in my opinion.

Yes, But I did am in a summer -only resort area. 

If you don't know your areas "IN" design features, I can tell you, your best bet is to resort to a neutral color scheme and design.  

Very pricey, lots of wealthy out of state vacation homes/resorts.

I am hoping the resort opens this winter.
