Investment Property in Kissimmee FL

We're just starting out with rental property in Kissimmee, FL. The house we're running numbers on is showing 7% ROI not factoring in the mortgage. Is that a good return for that area?

@Nancy Riley my unsolicited opinion, IF you have all of your expenses accounted for accurately, AND you still have positive cash flow when you add in the mort, that's a good return. 

Not knowing how old you are, you should push for a mortgage term that gets you into that larger cash flow ASAP.
