If investments such as the river restoration project, 11th street bridge project, and the renovation of homes/building new homes/condos are still going as planned it will transform Historic Anacostia and propel future investments here.

We learned about wholesaling initially and that sparked our curiosity about the many ways to make money in RE.

Besides the excitement about affordable property values and some young people taking advantage of this affordability, what are the real driving factors that will carry these markets forward and ultimately transform them into healthy, sustainable areas?
