What kind of property defects are common, shifting soil?

People with options are the fundamental building block underneath the stability of CF.

I have a full time job that I like but I just want to get out from underneath a company that ultimately dictates my future UNLESS I start to dictate it myself!!

And if he does change out the floors without showing us how they look underneath how are we to know if the joists/supporting structures were properly assessed for rot/mold if he covers it back up before anyone gets a chance for it to be assessed?

Get underneath of it and look at the frame.  

It also depends on soil, slope, work condition, stamping or not, sealed or not, thickness, etc. $5/sf is the most basic and flat work up to a slope of 5%.

Additionally, we have sandy soils that are very good for septic systems.

The white caleche soil is better and will leach water away. 

My plumber removed the pipe from underneath the house and it looked like the tenant poured cement down the drain.
