Always remember to persist and you will WIN!!!

You have to be smart with your time and very persistent, and you should be prepared to throw down several thousand in marketing campaigns before you see any real results (if you're going the direct mail route). 

Persistence is 90% of any battle in my humble opinion. 

If you want to persist with TurboTax, report your share of the property flip income and expenses on Schedule C and use TurboTax Home and Business to complete your federal and state returns.  

That said, like elsewhere, it may take time and persistence and looking for off-market deals but you can still find what I'd consider to be decent investments. 

I think you need to be persistent, as you will not be hitting home runs your first time at bat.

Sometimes they have information regarding the owners whereabouts or another means of contacting them through a friend or family member.I have yet to find a solid way to locate hard-to-find property owners except through good old fashioned hard work and persistence.

Be persistent but not a nuisance.
