Hi, My name is Tara Johnston. My husband, Tim and I are 4 months new to wholesaling. We live in Bullhead City, AZ. We are looking to connect with like-minded people who believe in real estate as a future. We are ambitious and dedicated to making our dreams come true and seek knowledge from other investors. Besides buying our own homes and investing in 3 pieces of dirt in Golden Valley, AZ. We are new to long term investing for our future. We have taken courses and have mentors......we've worked on linking up with some cash buyers.....We've been making offers on houses.....just seem to be challenged with getting those offers accepted, but will not give up.  Persistence is my mantra. 

Our goals would be to wholesale properties to pay off schooling and save money to invest further. Would like to create passive income with rentals and try to do flips later on.

Looking for knowledge and advice.  I have heard this is a great site to go to for positive connections.
