I would meet them and charge $50 extra in rent each.I look at household income, not one person.  

No more than two pets per household are permitted without specific owner's approval.Property Insurance Companies do not allow certain particular Breeds, either purebred or mixed.

But, people from households who scream at each other,  or throwing around the F-bomb while on a voicemail to me, regardless of their race, are not a protected class.Being distracted by your child while on the phone, is fine.  

My rule on the above is every ADULT in the household must fill out an application.

I would stick with the suggestions of having her contribute to the household expenses.

What about household chemicals which are considered toxic or flammable , will these be considered a breach of lease?

most everyone that calls just RUSHES right into 'what's the address' and 'when can i see it'.nowadays, most dont even introduce themself over the phone nor seem to want to divulge any info related to their household (perhaps thats normal for urban areas?)
