This year took off halfway through January which can only mean its going to be a crazy summer season and values should continue to rise faster assuming no global or micro-economic shifts. 

Using all caps for emphasis is acceptable, particularly when I was pointing you to menu items that are specifically written in all caps. 

When you are analyzing your market how much emphasis would put on home ownership vs rental.

.* Less owner occupants are typically interested in multi-unit properties, and therefore, there is less outside motivations (emotions, etc) and more emphasis on financial returns (investor motivations).

We put a heavy emphasis for online payments but sometimes the people in parks don't want to or may not have a bank account.

Not long ago, there was no such thing as dscr loans, rates were only moderately suppressed at times, and much real estate was undervalued-(affordability-wise) still equalizing from the downturn, oh, and we didn't have a global situation which caused widespread disruption and general concern.
