When you Sell the property if the next person wants to demo and build anything larger than the old footprint...the City will not allow it unless the New Owner pays to Mitigate the Flooding problem with a Retaining Pond, Connecting to a Canal, Storm Sewer or other means.

I would get rid of the word best in your first question because what I consider the best customer/tenant experience is going to be different from what you do.The best thing to do (to use that word) is sign up for a demo on both and I think they both offer a short trial period and really dive in and learn and figure out what one you like.I have used Propertyware, Buildium and Approlio (our current) and they are all fine and all suck, at least to our team and clients.

The pop-ups over the profiles will still work (when playing per the above) as the system still sees you as a desktop, even though Responsive CSS is active - - kind of inconsistent but so what - - it's a demo.

I will be working with 1 less bathroom but have to replace the Heating unit and and air conditioner as well as a broken window.. also the kitchen is about half the size so I'm hoping I can stay within budget by doing some work myself (demo, painting, deck restoration) it's about 900 sqft.. similar units seem to be flying off the shelf according to the local MLS so I'm confident.. it's definitely inspiring seeing your amazing work.. just curious I know it's a different market but how much were you able to sell that for?
