MULTI FAMILY RENOVATION
Hello everyone. I am working on putting a large, 70 unit, apartment building under contract in Ohio. The property is made up of seventy 1 bedroom apartments across three buildings. Think of a hotel style building. Some demo and initial plumbing and electrical has been started, but for the most part it needs a full remodel. I'm looking for a cost per square foot to estimate the renovation. also are there other estimates I need to add into my calculation. I'm looking for a rough estimate to get in the ballpark. I'm aware that during the due diligence phase I will be getting actual estimates from various contractors. Appreciate the advice in advance!!
