@Marcin Kuczynski What are your plans for the 75 year old woman that lives there?

(If it matters, I would actually want to put my business in the storefront - going from a one woman show to something much larger - and rent the upstairs apartments)So my question is:How would I go about getting a loan for something commercial?

I was born and raised in Pensacola, FL, where I lived for almost 30 years.I'm married to an amazing, and extremely intelligent woman (Kim) and have to incredible boys (one just turned 18, the other almost 15). 

**I should add, Its not easy driving around in a suburban market at 20km/h without one neighborhood watch and insecure resident calling the cops on you, but its fun once they learn the driver is a woman.
