Are there any investors who have put solar panels on your house's roofs and found a way to make a return on the investment?

Panels are projected to last about 10-15.

Do I include the solar panels payment on the rent or shall I just have the tenant pay it as a utility?

We are looking to remodel our home to resell and we are stuck on what to do with the floor for maximum home value improvement.Our one bed/one bath home has hardwood in the living room and bedroom, however, there are different styles of vinyl wood panel in the kitchen and bathroom.

A perfect example was when the health care bill was first released -- Conservatives had LOTS of great arguments on why it was a bad bill (again, I completely agree), yet before they could really coalesce those arguments into a logical rebuttal, their colleague Sarah Palin comes along and starts yelling about "death panels."
