And most IBC policy designs are NOT optimized for cash value, so be careful.

Technically 1,000 investors could all be using InvestorCarrot in the same market if they wanted to... and they would all have the same advantages over building a site on wix, or godaddy, or squarespace, or building their own Wordpress site (if they're not experienced in how to properly setup and optimize a site for SEO and conversion rate performance), etc. 

If you're already 70% paid off, I think it's worth consulting a CPA on how to restructure so you're optimizing tax breaks. 

A lot of people are big into efficient use of equity and portfolio optimization.

Couple of reasons:1) My interest hinges on the assumption that starting with a blank canvas and creating the perfect consumer product can optimize your revenue per square foot in a way that offsets high building costs.
