Old Florida has done well by me.They're a little behind on technology (no smartphone app), but the rates and approval mechanism have tended to be rather good.And there's a branch on OBT in Apopka.

With technology a good PM will provide videos to an owner when needed.

Contractors beware, these are not easy, these are not simple projects and they are tough, but, the good guys they have a system, they have the proper technology and communication in place to deliver.  

I attended Virginia Tech where i majored in Finance and Businesss Information Technology.

To further complicate things I am looking to move to Tucson in the very near future, but for now let's just stick to Maryland.I manage technology projects as a DoD contractor by day, and by night I spend most of my time trying to build up enough income to be able to leave my cubicle some day.

They provide us with the latest technology and tools that are useful in doing our business.

(June 26th)One odd thing is that there was no inspection contingency, so be wary of properties that don't provide that, and also there was a 4.5% "buyer's premium" and $300 "technology fee".. just add those into your final bid price when doing your math.Thanks for your comment.

There technology is solid and their stuff WORKS, which is job 1 for a phone service - it HAS TO WORK 100% of the time, flawlessly.
