It definitely pays to read the MLS carefully, I recently found a duplex for a client here in Denver that had sat on the MLS for almost a month because it was listed under residential single family homes.

I’ve just begun my research and I am currently only finding company’s that will give a loan but are hard money loans; ie high interest with only 1 year to payback.With the loans I am looking to build investment/rental property on the property of which is in the trust.

I just recently found that there are CPA's who work virtually, which may be a good fit for me since I live in a smaller town, although I could easily work with someone in Colorado Springs or Denver as well.
