My main concern is that I had a water remediation address the immediate flooding and a general contractor to start repairs on the drywall, insulation, trim/baseboards, and minimal repainting because my tenant elected to stay in the unit throughout the whole process.

As she sees it, there are many more potential liabilities with dogs.But I do know that for cats she has a strict policy on up-to-date vaccinations, spaying/neutering, and a tacit expectation that they are either declawed or their claws regularly trimmed.

Home Depot for flooring and bath fixtures, and a local building supply for dimensional lumber, windows and trim.

I get the new construction with the tabs and redo all the trim.

The trim needs paint, sure, but they aren't rotting out.

When I looked at the property I saw no issues with the up keep and everything looked well kept except for a few normal wear and tear issues with the trim or paint.My issue is I have no idea how to go about getting set up with Section 8 and the property management company that I will be using said they do not manage section 8. 

They’ve put in new flower beds and trimmed the bushes.
