This is my first day as a bigger pockets member, although I've lurked here for the past 6 months....I have a question regarding websites.Basically what I want to do is capture motivated seller leads and I want to do that by organically moving up the google rankings through blogging and SEO.

. - The more authority Google believes a site is, the better it will rank in the results.

Recognizing that the first 30 days of an Airbnb listing are pretty critical for determining Airbnb search rankings, I'm trying to decide between getting my listing up now, even if it can't be rented or reviewed for the first 30 days because of COVID-19, or waiting until June when my local board of supervisors is likely to re-open STVRs.  

thank you very much.Do not get wix, and for Pete's sake why would you hire anyone to build you a website when it is common knowledge that investor carrot websites take over the top 5 spots on Google EVERY SINGLE TIME.I have NEVER EVER seen a Wix website rank #1, but that is just me.

I imagine it is hurting my ranking in the search results, which is my main issue.

Plus with their algorithm, I'm assuming this 1 review will affect my listings ranking substantially.

Ask them where the (insert your desired rank here) are living.  

However it takes the least time and you can always do your own research on a property they suggest because they provide you with the information you need to make a decision for yourself.Of the three from most active to least, I'd rank them from Vacation rentals, Buy and Hold, and finally RealtyShares.

In order to do that, I had to do a ranking of the top 100 sites and in-depth analysis of the top 25, and found they varied widely in quality, legal setup, due diligence, etc..
