Hello everyone! I am a new member to BiggerPockets :) I came across BiggerPockets after doing a lot of real estate investing. Mostly around REITs and crowdfunding. In this site, I am looking to better understand real estate investing, how to invest my money in real estate, and understanding the booming and expensive housing market of Seattle. I will likely want to invest in a condo or house in the next few years and want to be well informed before doing so :)
Any tips, starting points, or advice? All is appreciated!

I also invest in real estate crowdfunding sites. In order to do that, I had to do a ranking of the top 100 sites and in-depth analysis of the top 25, and found they varied widely in quality, legal setup, due diligence, etc.. If you have any questions on it let me know.
