I'm in California and I'm looking at a few opportunities in Texas.I've heard of people buying property unseen and putting all their faith (and trust) into a local investment group.If the people you're working with are on the up and up, you've seen pics of the prospective investment properties, and contracts and title are good to go....is there still a reason to actually visit the property and meet the people you're dealing with?

She was asking to put all our faith in "Robert" as a guru and expecting that would gloss over the fact she was not providing us any information on the quality and experience of coaches.She said Robert himself vets all the coaches personally and therefore that somehow defines the selected (sales) coaches as experts.

I am not sure if he ever showed an official SOW to the GC and I suspect that there is no written contract with the GC.The GC made fast progress on the paint so I wired 4K to my JV partner in good faith.
