To remove the wax, use isopropyl alcohol in water (1 part alcohol to 3 parts water) to remove the old wax.

Someone - presumably him - broke into my room while nobody was home (Tom had a medical appt or something) and stole $1,000+ of stuff I had bought and was planning to resell.Joe is gone and I'm never gonna see my stuff - some of which is rare and irreplaceable - again but I'm sore about the whole thing and I think Tom has some responsibility.Tom just shrugs and continues to live for free and drink like a fish on my rent money.What do you think?

Totally honest, on time every single day, does exactly what he says he will do every time, doesn't drink or smoke or do drugs on the job (which should be a given of course but I'm sure I'm not the only one who has rolled up on the jobsite to see some beer cans around), provides input on how to do something better and is almost always correct, does tremendous work, etc.

You can drink on the streets throughout the city (double check that when you are there), but I have never seen any issues with drinking all over the city on the streets.

That leaves you to the ones that "cant find work" to take the job (my experience has been that they either don't know what they are doing, never show, end up stealing, drug/alcohol issues, or just have zero pride in their work leaving you with a bad repair/rehab). 

I don’t drink coffee but guests do.
