I am looking at a property in the NE area of SA, in the Candlewood Park area.

I am especially curious what people are having the most success with in the Omaha, NE area.

I was driving the areas of: NE Loop 820 & N Beach StHartwood Dr/Hulen StTCU/ University Dr( I was not expecting to find anything around here but the drive gave some insight) Are there any investors familiar with this area?

We are always on the lookout here in DC, but the market is crazy here... we also have relatives in Cleveland OH and have been seriously considering trying to jump into the market there... any current NE Ohio, specifically Clevelanders who are willing to discuss the rental market prospects would be greatly appreciated.
