Tenant agrees to notify Landlord in a timely manner of drain stoppages that they are unable to clear themselves.2.DRAIN CLEANING PRODUCTS.Tenant agrees not to use caustic drain cleaning chemicals in any of the drains or plumbing fixtures.Such products may cause damage to the plumbing system and may be hazardous to the environment.Tenant may be able to keep drains clean and clear with regular maintenance by pouring down the drain a quarter cup of baking soda followed by a half cup of vinegar.If there is a minor clog in the p-trap (the curved portion) of the pipe under the sink, Tenant may disconnect the pipe, clear the pipe manually, and reconnect the pipe to clear the clog or may call Landlord for assistance.

You're not required to participate in section 8 at all-- unless, like someone else said, you get a tax credit or are otherwise registered in the section 8 program.Have written criteria of what you accept as tenants.In fact, I wouldn't even say "I don't accept section 8" just in case someone is trying to test you.

Now I think it is on the democrats to come up with a counter-proposal which also balances the budget, while avoiding the cuts in Ryan's budget that they don't like.One trap I think some people fall into when responding to the Ryan plan is this: they look at, say the portion concerning medicare, and compare what is available today with what is proposed for 2033 in his budget.

If any person takes any adverse action with respect to any consumer that is basedin whole or in part on any information contained in a consumer report, the person shall (1) provide oral, written, or electronic notice of the adverse action to the consumer;(2) provide to the consumer written or electronic disclosure(A) of a numerical credit score as defined in section 609(f)(2)(A) used by such person in taking any adverse action based in whole or in part on any information in a consumer report; and(B) of the information set forth in sub-paragraphs (B) through (E) of section 609(f)(1);(3) provide to the consumer orally, in writing, or electronically (A) the name, address, and telephone number of the consumer reporting agency (including a toll-free telephone number established by the agency if the agency compiles and maintains files on consumers on a nationwide basis) that furnished the report to the person; and(B) a statement that the consumer reporting agency did not make the decision to take the adverse action and is unable to provide the consumer the specific reasons why the adverse action was taken
