With some R4 lots it you have a 40x100 you will have to build a semi detached property if that's what the majority of the block consists of.

This is a coin toss, so if you don't want to spend a lot of time going through and creating the perfect/semi complicated offer just write up your terms as an LOI (letter of intent).

., which has all been great, however, we have a problem:The current owner treated the BNB as a semi-retirement job, and did not keep good records in regards to the previous stays... many were cash paying guests and were not recorded at all... this has forced her to have to sell the property as a residence, and is making it difficult for us to finance through regular channels.

I could see this trend continuing, since my job is semi-construction related and anyone in SWFL could tell you that things are slow down there.
