Some investors prioritize proximity to family, while others prioritize higher returns or specific market conditions.

It's harder to replace a handyman or contractor that does good work (and prioritizes your work) for a fair price. 

If you don't prioritize your time correctly investors will run you around rampant for no real pay.

The collective knowledge and collaboration here is truly remarkable.Today, I'm reaching out to connect with fellow investors to exchange experiences, insights, and possibly collaborate on future endeavors.

However, in this case knowing your options may help you better prioritize your decision criteria.

If you have other debt or savings goals, such as saving for a down payment on another property, it may be more beneficial to prioritize those first before making extra payments towards your mortgage.

Were currently using Excel to track certain tasks, but would like something cloud based where the entire team can check tasks off, get reminded for future tasks, and collaborate on each project.
