Discovered that I'm not cut out to homeschool, and that internet access if very limited and in short supply in my rural area.Since I am blessed to have a spouse that has a W2 job and can pay most of the bills, when I have a spell where there's no or not much coming in from real estate, I use that time to:  spend quality time with my family, read/research/listen to pod casts, brainstorm about other ways to create income with real estate...Once my kids start back to school August 23, I anticipate the real estate market will heat up again (more people ready to list).  

But, I sense a general leaning toward shorts because loan mods are near exhausted and have not helped that many (plus the article estimates 70% of them will go bad).

Be sure you check out the pod casts (show 37 is highly recommended) and put some key word searches in for terms like 'wholesaling' to help you get the info you desire.

I can't recommend the Pod Cast enough.

At 16 years old I had this crazy idea to buy a pressure washer and generator to put in the back of my 'modded' Ranger and start detailing cars for a side hustle since I knew I'd make $50+/hr after school and on weekends. 

Make sure you go into the learn section and listen to the pod casts and you will arrive quicker than you expect.
