I have heard of owners setting J-Bolts in the cement pad when an outdoor compressor is placed and then drilling holes in the bottom of the unit where the bolts come up from the pad so that the unit can be bolted to the pad from the inside.

Take your time, get enough sanding pads, and you can knock it out if you want to. 

They will pad out the quote based on what the contract can not be certain of until they open a wall or otherwise start the demolition work.

But the Mouse controls a lot on the south end of town so having an agent that knows the rules, the ins and out is very important if you plan to be near there.  

At $1.20 per s/f you got yourself a great deal especially if is the rigid lvt with attached pad.

I would advise you not to use this as a launch pad for your real estate investment business if you aren't well capitalized.

You can add a pad to it.
