Contractors or Sub-contractors?
I've been told that when I get ready to hire the construction crew that I should be looking for sub-contractors...not contractors to avoid getting really high quotes due to a middle man being involved. Where do you find sub-contractors and how can you tell if there isn't a middle man looking to cash in on a percentage of the job?
