I have pretty detailed plans, and considering I used nearly identical details from previously permitted plans, this structure will be as sound as the next.

To my untrained eye it looked the same, all limits and coverage looked identical.

What is to stop the wholesaler from creating two sets of identical trust documents and selling them to two different end-buyers, thus screwing one or both of them.If nothing is filed with the state, how do the end-buyer know that he is the "real" owner of the trust, as opposed to someone else?

@John Boby Most umbrella policies (personal and commercial) are nearly identical.  

., people don't want competitors to know that personal information/identity..., people want to keep personal and business separate...I might get the resident agent service for $50 because that's not much...but maybe I'm missing something because I don't see it too bad to use my address for the LLC. 

The rules surrounding self-dealing are identical in both plans.
