I will share the highlights of what our experience has been as it relates to acquisitions of MH/RV parks with the rest of the community here as well.

Air BnB is making sure to highlight stays and properties that are out of the norm.

What do you think about the possible solutions highlighted above?

Some landlords are horrible and paint a bad picture as well and since people don't scream from the rooftops they have the #1 landlord who is the fairest, best priced, and an all around great person, these bad ones are the landlords that get highlighted. 

Goals need to be S.M.A.R.T. and you highlighted the difficulty in measuring my goals.
