Chicago is an awesome place to expand your portfolio (I am biased), but I love this market because it has so many multifamily properties that need rehab.A good person for you to connect with would be @Zach Shepard...he's one of the OGs of Chicago and has been a key mentor in my life.I'm happy to connect as well...

of course I am biased since I started as an agent then a RE broker . then became a mortgage banker Being and agent your in the game .. you work with those in the game daily.. its a huge deal in my mind. and of course there are many different paths to take in RE  but coming up through the ranks is a great way to start.

I am not a passive investor so I know I am biased. 

One additional aspect worth considering is the role of mental biases in analysis paralysis.

Maybe slightly biased since I broker loans, but these are the key differences that I see. 

It's not always a one gender or the other, but more a sense of opposites attract. 

I am trying to weave in the framework and tools that the author presented for the purpose of limiting bias and to make sure I am including known and unknown risks in my decision-making.

The post condemns someone after hearing half of the story - one that is quite biased in its perspective.

They rarely even know the legislation let alone enforce it in an u biased manner.

Ok I guess I must admit that I’m biased.
