Looking to Network in Chicago

Hello Bigger Pockets! I have 3 investment properties in NM (where I grew up) and am looking to expand my portfolio in Chicago. I am a real estate agent here but am extremely interested in seller financing. I would love to connect with or grab coffee with anyone in the area that has experience in both local investments and seller financing, or who like to network themselves.
