I've been hoping to get a casual group together to do a meet & greet at either Downtown Disney or Celebration.

Not one family but its a culture thing.  

Tennessee appeals because of the all around low tax burden, but we're a little worried about cultural fit.  

However, don't rush to celebrate your lower tax bill.

Along with my work in real estate, I am in the incoming chair of the Sacramento Association of Realtor's (SAR) Cultural Diversity and Fair Housing Committee and a member of the SAR Charitable Research Committee.

We didn't speak much English nor did we understood the culture.

Last month we celebrated 100 deals done was a great mile stone  could not have succeeded without the best teams on the ground and the best buyers to  work with.Always looking for more contacts feel free to look me up more then willing to chat and share what I have learnt.

E.g travel the world with my kids to experience other cultures and crafts.

even when it does constrict a little bit it seems to come roaring back.. the culture of tech is just off the charts for most anyone from the mid west rust belt manufacturing  sector.I got to make a quick presentation at Google headquarters on real estate investing.. and was given the tour of the campus.. one just cannot comprehend the perks and working environment  not to mention the creaming of the top minds coming out of collage..
