Looking for cleaners, a check-in person, handyman, grounds maintenance person or company, pool servicing company, and a GC or similar to handle some small upgrades to the home (primarily converting two half baths to full bathrooms). 

It’s easy to update and send electronically or in a pdf, and ask your cleaner/manager to print every few months.

You’re walking a much “cleaner” path than I was assuming. 

We have STR in rural lake settings, and for cleaning, it takes our cleaners an hour to drive each way, plus 2 to 3 hours to clean.  

Next week I am planning to do some extensive year end cost analysis on my expenses so I can figure out how much is going towards cleaners, toilet paper, coffee, misc expenses etc. 

One advice I can share with you for self managing is anytime you connect with a realtor or a property manager ask for GC, handyman, plumber, drain cleaner, electrician, appliance tech, used appliance store, and roofer recommendations and keep saving those contacts in your phone.

I'm searching for a multifamily property (12 units or less) and am wondering if anyone has good recommendations for a a property manager, handymen/contractors, and possibly a home cleaner.
