I've been casually looking for rental properties in the tri-city area in Michigan for a couple years and decided to focus more seriously on Bay City. I'm searching for a multifamily property (12 units or less) and am wondering if anyone has good recommendations for a a property manager, handymen/contractors, and possibly a home cleaner. Would love to give some reputable folks my business. Thanks!
