Meditations by Marcus Aurelius (Gregory Hays Translation) - This book is full of amazing insight into a man who literally ruled the world but never lost himself or what was important to him. 

His book included 12 hours of "bonus video content" that was basically Pace telling stories that corresponded to each chapter of his book. I

Yeah, the free book is weak, but the YouTube Video are good, more informative than most...GL

The book is fantastic and the best single resource I've ever read, but I don't think their lease is that great. 

I hope that Brandon's book is worthy of your business decision's judgment call regarding believing a seller's statements as to rental income.
