Right now the Canadian dollar is pretty cheap vs the US dollar.The Canadian government likes to keep our exports cheap.It also causes our real estate to be cheap in US dollars and US real estate and vacations to be a lot more expensive.What other countries are on sale for Americans due to the exchange rate?

Another possible problem is the we are 20 mins from the Canadian border so a lot of Canadians invest in the area, driving up prices.The realtor who showed me the house thinks we could resell it for $150K to $175K and thinks we should bid full price.
