Thanks again to both of youif you are thinking of REI long term get a license. real estate broker (not managing broker) license is fairly easy to pass ...you get access to MLS and nothing helps to grow your business like an access to true information ..whats is renting/selling and for how much in the area. also each reputable RE office has access to attorneys, contractors, mortgage people ...proven team of folks they have worked with for years...once you part of the furniture ..you can benefit form that ....aint no "realtor" gonna insult ur inteligence ..showing u the properties that are easier to sell or more expensive...etc

There's no lease to be concerned with since they're month to month, so if they've moved out (or at least are no longer living there...moving their furniture out and no longer living there do not always go hand in hand unfortunately!)

They didn't clean at all, left the place mess, and left furniture and garbage in the apartment but on a positive note they never asked me for their deposit or gave me their new address when I asked them (proof in text messages) so I guess they are not concerned about it.
