Something can hide in plain sight.

Set up a 1-800 number for them to call, and set up a simple “Landing Page” with a lead capture form, rather than a full blown website. (1-800 numbers dont allow the caller to hide your caller ID, which means you can capture their phone number, and the Do Not Call rules allow you to call them for a period of 90 days.)

When everyone believes that, it is time to run and hide IMO.

This is what anyone can see hiding behind many of the arguments of the posts in this thread: "I'm really looking for an excuse to put a lot of money into a ostentatious house in an expensive neighborhood as a symbol of my success and live there while I try to convince myself every day that I'm doing the right things to build wealth because my property is appreciating all the time."

He is obviously hiding the facts and talking will not change that.

Well, 6 for the 3 bedrooms, but what about additional sleeping options such as hide-a-bed couches in each of the living rooms, or a few single beds could be put in the other livingroom?

It's not as low grade as Benjamin Moore's "Super Hide", or as expensive as Benjamin Moore's "Regal" line.

Many times they will claim it's wonderful and then try to hide their worst deals by only showing completed deals.
