Set up a 1-800 number for them to call, and set up a simple “Landing Page” with a lead capture form, rather than a full blown website. (1-800 numbers dont allow the caller to hide your caller ID, which means you can capture their phone number, and the Do Not Call rules allow you to call them for a period of 90 days.)
