I only wanted to have one fee - just the cleaning fee - but half a dozen property managers (probably correctly) talked me out of just including pool heat and doing away with the fee, pointing out (as I've observed) that a lot of people don't use the pool in the winter anyway and only like it for sitting around and would rather not pay to heat it.

You can certainly call the police and explain your situation, ie, "I'm out of town for an emergency and there's been observer reports of vehicles parking on the property.

Having lived through several periods were interest rates reached very high levels I can share with you my observations.

And, in like kind, no observation lends a sense of security and with it lax in tenants own caring of a property.

The only things I have observed that were "wrong" were that: 1) She marked it as a mobile home on one form even though it's a regular SFR with basement. 2) Right now it's listed as pending even though the last buyer backed out last week, no reason given, which means it didn't show up in searches for this weekend, 3.

Real estate from my observations has a heck of a way making normal working people very successful thats why I love it.
