For example they literally just got finger-printing technology there recently and have no DNA testing technology or any of the modern forensics to solve crimes that police in developed countries have, which is why only 3% of homicides there result in convictions.

When I did an online search for "real estate attorney in Haiti" I got 5 hits for Port Au Prince.When you do your own search for "real estate broker/agent" (or estate agent as some countries call them) you'll probably get some real characters who do know how to market.In my opinion, your big challenge will be in finding someone who doesn't gave their finger in the pie.
